Waxing and Roaccutane or Tretinoin
If you’re under Dermatologist treatment for Acne or other skin conditions, you may have been prescribed Roaccutane or Tretinoin. Both these preparations, either as creams or tablets, are an absolute contraindication for waxing. You must tell us if you are taking either of these products as we may be able to recommend an alternative hair removal method.
You need to wait 6 months after your course of Roaccutane/Tretinoin has finished, before you start waxing.
