consultations
Complimentary consultations are available for most treatments. They can be pre-booked as an appointment or carried out by telephone to determine the best treatment for your individual needs, helping us to offer you the very best service possible. Some treatments require a consultation with a patch test (e.g. Laser Hair Removal, Electrolysis), for which a small refundable fee is charged. This is redeemed against your first treatment or course purchase.
patch tests and safety
Your safety is our priority. We keep accurate and timely records of every visit you make to us, and every 6 months this will be reviewed. We will send you by email a consultation card. Please review and check all details are correct and up to date.
If your service requires a patch test (tinting/lashlift/laser/electrolysis/HD or Henna brows), please ensure this is done at least 48 hrs prior to your appt. If in doubt please ring the salon to confirm.
payment and deposit policy
Deposits are taken for all bookings. If you’re a new customer, a 50% deposit will be taken for your initial appointment. All other appointments require a £5 deposit by debit or credit card at the time a booking is made. All major credit cards accepted. If you wish to pay in cash, a 50% deposit is required in all cases.
If you fail to attend your appointment, or give less than the 48 hrs required notice to change or cancel, a fee of 50% of the value of your booking is automatically deducted from the card you provided on booking, unless we are able to fill your time slot with another customer. Therefore giving us as much notice as possible is appreciated.
All courses to be paid for in full at time of booking. Gift vouchers and pre-payments are non-refundable.
cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice of any cancellation or change of appointment.
courses
Courses of all treatments are available, giving you up to 20% discount. Courses are non-refundable. Details on request.
early booking
To ensure your favourite time and therapist, bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.
children
For their safety and our insurance cover, we are unable to allow children in our salons or treatment rooms. We appreciate that finding childcare can be difficult but for the safety and enjoyment of other guests, we are unable to accommodate children at any time.
parking and directions

client care
When booking an appointment you must inform us if you are pregnant, on medication or have any other medical condition that may affect your treatment.
We may require a doctor’s letter in some situations.
data protection
All client details are kept secure and protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
noise
As a courtesy to other clients in the salon, and to enable you to fully relax, we ask that you switch your mobile phone off. Because there’s nothing worse than trying to relax in a massage whilst someone is talking loudly on speakerphone, right?
prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
We offer a tiered pricing menu, reflecting the experience level of our team. Occasionally it may be necessary to move your appointment to a different member of staff (e.g. in case of illness) and if this happens we will do our best to call you in advance, should there be a change in the cost to you.
Our prices are current as of January 2026 but are reviewed regularly and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to change our prices as required, without notice.
