Amanda, Post-partum tummy reduction and treat abdominal wall separation
Amanda, 44, came to us after having her first baby. As well as wanting to slim down the excess fat on her tummy, she also suffered from the common problem of abdominal wall separation – or Diastasis recti to give it the proper name. This is common during pregnancy, and happens when the muscles become so stretched that they eventually separate. Like many women, Amanda was advised not to do sit-ups or strenuous exercise, but we were able to help.
After 6 sessions, Amanda has lost nearly 6 inches from around her abdomen – and look at the belly button height! The abdomen has been pulled back into shape and you can start to see ab definition in the second picture.
